THE STORY

Twenty-three years of practice, two decades of community, and the through-line.

I'm a sex-positive relationship and life coach with over two decades of experience supporting people in building more honest, connected, and liberating lives, especially in consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, open relationships, kink, LGBTQIA+ communities, and other non-traditional paths.

I'm also a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), registered art therapist (ATR), and EMDR-certified therapist. On this site, however, I'm offering coaching, not psychotherapy. Coaching with me is practical, future-focused work: we clarify what you want, name what's getting in the way, and build realistic steps that you actually follow through on.

My work is grounded in compassion, consent, and nervous-system awareness. Clients often come to me because they want help having hard conversations, changing long-standing patterns, and staying accountable to the life they say they want. Without losing themselves along the way.

I'm certified in Psychedelic Harm Reduction & Integration and in Dr. Frank Anderson's IFS-Informed Somatic Trauma Therapy, and I'm completing a Ketamine-Assisted Therapy certification. I'm interested in the ways expanded states and integration work can support growth, meaning-making, and deeper alignment. Coaching can include psychedelic preparation and integration, but not ketamine assisted therapy. (Coaching is not medical care and does not include diagnosis or treatment.)

I co-host the sex-positive podcast Open Deeply with Sunny Megatron and have been featured in a range of media and speaking engagements. I'm based in Los Angeles. I work online with clients from anywhere.

PHILOSOPHY

A note on consent, freedom, and how I work

There's a tension I work with constantly. In non-monogamous communities, freedom is often a love language. Carefree, exploratory, expansive. And rightly so: when you read Sex at Dawn, when you trace the agricultural revolution into ownership, when you see how monogamy has been entangled with dominator culture, non-monogamy starts to look like a form of resistance. I take that seriously.

And, at the same time, I take consent seriously. There is a way of holding 'freedom' that quietly trains people to ignore their own bodies. To logic their way into yes. To shame a partner whose anxiety reads as 'you're trying to control me' when really they're trying to manage what they actually feel. This doesn’t mean the anxious partner isn’t responsible for their own healing. They are.

But it does mean we track something essential: whether the experience is becoming too much, too fast, or too soon for your nervous system.

Because when the nervous system is dysregulated, it becomes compromised—and authentic consent becomes difficult, or even impossible, to access.

The work I do (the embodied consent practice, the nervous-system grounding, the parts work) is in service of one thing: that you find your actual yes and your actual no, from your full internal compass, not from your head alone. Then we build the relationship that respects your complete truth.
