There's no paperwork to complete before the consultation. We'll simply have a conversation about what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what feels problematic, confusing, or exciting right now.

I'll share how coaching with me is structured, the tools I draw from, what support might look like, and answer any questions you have. Together, we'll get a sense of whether my approach is a good fit for what you're seeking.
If We're a Fit, we get started
If we decide to move forward, I'll walk you through the paperwork and we'll schedule your first session. Completed paperwork is required before we begin.
If coaching with me isn't the right fit—or if what you need falls outside the scope of coaching—I'll say so and point you toward other resources whenever I can.
